I am a multifaceted professional, I am a therapist, speaker, educator, mentor, supervisor, lifelong student, advocate, and more. With more than two decades of professional experience in the behavioral health field, I have learned to channel the body and mind’s innate drive to heal.

My role is to support you in your journey toward healing utilizing your unique experiences and strengths.

My therapeutic approach draws from a diverse toolkit that includes Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices. This blend of methodologies allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and goals.

At the core of my practice is a person-centered philosophy, where your concerns and needs are primary. I am dedicated to providing a supportive and empathetic environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
