MAIA-2 Interoceptive Awareness
37 items, eight subscales, about ten minutes.
The Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness, Version 2 (MAIA-2) asks how you notice and relate to signals from inside your body. It gives eight separate scores instead of one total, because these abilities vary independently of each other. There are no cutoffs. A score describes a pattern and is not a grade.

Your MAIA-2 results
Each score is an average on a scale from 0 to 5.
Reading your results
Read the pattern across the eight scores rather than any single number. A low Not-Distracting score is common in people who have had to push through discomfort to get through the day. That describes what you have had to do, and it is not a flaw.
Low scores on Noticing or Trusting point to scheduling regulating input ahead of time instead of waiting to feel the need for it. The Adapted Mindfulness Kit covers this in Before the Demand.
