Victoria Dietz, MSW-IT
Clinical Psychotherapist
Hi! My name is Victoria (she/they) and I am a queer therapist here at LP. Within my practice, I have a passion for empowering individuals by meeting them where they are and holding space for them during our sessions. This includes providing a trauma-informed and identity-affirming environment within the therapeutic space. Fun fact: I am also a birth doula, which I believe positively impacts my approach, particularly with perinatal clients! In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, playing with my two dogs, watching documentaries & sitcoms, and reading.
My approach is relatively eclectic in nature, as every person is unique and responds differently to various theoretical frameworks. I typically draw from CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, ACT, and IFS. Motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and guided meditations are utilized as well. I have experience within maternal/perinatal mental health, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, anxiety disorders, religious trauma, and relationship & sex therapy.
