I identify as part of the LGBTQ community, which provides me an inside perspective into some of the nuances that come along with being part of a marginalized group.

My work is heavily influenced from a psychodynamic perspective, which in the simplest of terms means that our behaviors and feelings as an adult are based on our childhood experiences.  In our work together, we will investigate patterns from your childhood and the role they play now, discuss your dreams, and make sense of your relationships, and how you see and experience the world around you.

A variety of treatment options are available to you and together we will determine which fits best with your unique needs.  I work from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective and incorporate solution-focused theory in my approach.  I provide culturally and logistically appropriate services to best meet your treatment needs.
