Neurodivergent-affirming telehealth therapy for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults across Dallas and the Metroplex. Mx. Love C. Dialogos, LMFT is licensed in Texas and in network with UnitedHealthcare/Optum, UMR, and Aetna.

Neurodivergent-Led Therapy for Dallas Clients

Love Psychotherapy is a neurodivergent-owned, queer-owned telehealth practice. Mx. Love C. Dialogos (They/Them) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Buddhist chaplain, and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor offering strengths-based, identity-affirming care to neurodivergent clients in Dallas and across Texas.

Distances across Dallas-Fort Worth make weekly in-person therapy hard to sustain. Telehealth keeps care consistent without adding a commute.

Autism: Identity-Affirming

Autism therapy grounded in the neurodiversity paradigm. This work does not use ABA, compliance training, or "fixing." We work with your actual experience: sensory, social, executive, and emotional.

ADHD: Emotional Dysregulation & RSD

ADHD therapy that goes beyond productivity tips. We work with emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), shame, and the identity wounds that accumulate before diagnosis.

AuDHD: The Intersection

The co-occurrence of autism and ADHD creates a specific experience that neither framework alone captures. AuDHD therapy holds both simultaneously: the rigidity and the impulsivity, the hyperfocus and the shutdown.

Late Diagnosis: Grief & Relief

Late diagnosis brings a complicated mix: relief at finally having language for your experience, and grief for the years you struggled without support. We work with both.

Autistic Burnout

Autistic burnout is a prolonged state of exhaustion and reduced functioning caused by chronic masking and overextension. Recovery is possible: but it requires a different kind of support than regular burnout.

Demand Avoidance / PDA Profile

The Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile is significantly underrecognized. Therapy uses autonomy-supportive, low-demand approaches that actually work for PDA-profile autistic adults.

Neurodivergent Community in Dallas

Dallas adults have the Resource Center in Oak Lawn for LGBTQ+ community and the Autism Society of Texas for statewide advocacy, but therapy built for late-identified autistic and ADHD adults is harder to find. Many clients here were first treated for anxiety or depression before anyone recognized their wiring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance in Dallas?

Yes. Love Psychotherapy is in network with UnitedHealthcare/Optum, UMR, and Aetna in Texas. Self-pay rates are $325 for the intake session and $275 for follow-up sessions.

I was diagnosed with anxiety or depression years ago. Could it have been autism or ADHD?

It is common. Most of the people I work with were misdiagnosed for years before someone recognized autism, ADHD, or both. Therapy here focuses on skill development and on understanding how your own wiring works. I can also write letters of support toward a formal diagnostic evaluation.

Can I see you if I already have a therapist?

Insurance covers one individual therapist at a time, so I don't see clients who are in individual therapy elsewhere. Before intake, I ask new clients to sign releases so I can get records from current providers.
